These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Epic Escapes website and your purchase of any travel packages or services offered by Epic Escapes ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, speaking with one of our representatives, or purchasing a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Our Services

Epic Escapes is a travel marketing and package sales company. We market and sell vacation packages via outbound telephone calls, our website, and other channels. We act as an intermediary connecting customers with travel service providers including hotels, resorts, airlines, and cruise lines. We are not a licensed travel agency in all jurisdictions; please verify applicable licensing requirements in your state.

2. Outbound Telephone Marketing

You may have been contacted by one of our representatives via an outbound telephone call. By engaging with our representative and providing your information, you acknowledge the following:

• You consent to receive follow-up calls from Epic Escapes regarding the travel packages discussed
• You may opt out of future calls at any time by requesting to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list
• All calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes
• Our representatives are authorized to discuss and sell our travel packages but are not authorized to make representations beyond what is outlined in your written confirmation

3. Package Purchases & Pricing

All travel packages are subject to the following terms:

• Promotional prices are valid at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice
• Package prices are per-package as stated and do not include taxes, resort fees, gratuities, transportation to/from airports, or personal expenses unless explicitly stated
• All purchases are subject to availability at the time of booking
• A reservation fee may be required to confirm certain packages
• Prices advertised reflect promotional discounts from retail value; retail values are provided for reference purposes

4. Booking & Reservations

• After purchasing a package, you will receive booking instructions and confirmation details
• Certain packages (including the 8 Day / 7 Night Condo Stay) require a minimum of 60 days advance notice to book
• Host Resort packages can generally be booked with as little as 30 days notice, subject to availability
• All reservations are subject to the availability and policies of the applicable resort, hotel, airline, or cruise line
• You are responsible for ensuring all travelers possess valid identification and travel documents, including passports and visas where required

5. VIP Packages

Access to VIP Gold and Diamond destinations requires the purchase of a Plus or Preferred level package. VIP destination availability is subject to change. Epic Escapes reserves the right to modify the list of available VIP destinations at any time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by package type. General terms are as follows:

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in your written package confirmation
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to epicescapesx@gmail.com or by calling (855) 566-7500
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days
• Epic Escapes is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellations caused by third-party service providers, weather events, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser

7. Limitation of Liability

Epic Escapes acts as a marketing and sales intermediary and is not the direct provider of lodging, transportation, or cruise services. Accordingly:

• We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any hotel, resort, airline, cruise line, or other third-party service provider
• We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from services provided by third parties
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a package purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that package
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, photos, or amenity listings provided by third-party properties

8. Representations by Sales Representatives

Our sales representatives are authorized to describe and sell our published travel packages. Any representations made during a sales call that are not reflected in your written confirmation are not binding on Epic Escapes. You should carefully review your written confirmation and contact us within 5 business days if any discrepancies exist.

9. Do Not Call & Telemarketing Compliance

Epic Escapes complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and applicable state telemarketing laws. If you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, you may:

• Inform the agent during any call

DNC requests will be honored within 30 days of receipt and maintained for a minimum of 5 years.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Epic Escapes website — including text, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is the property of Epic Escapes or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Epic Escapes is principally located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
